The greenhouse seedbed system is divided into Movable seedbeds, Ebb&Flow Rolling Bench and fixed seedbeds depending on the use.
I. Movable seedbed
The movable seedbed is a combination of seedbed net, rolling shaft, bracket, seedbed frame, hand wheel, horizontal support and inclined tie bar. The movable seedbed can effectively improve the utilization rate of the greenhouse; it can move the distance from left to right, which is convenient for operation; it has an anti-tip limiting device to prevent the tilting problem caused by bias weight.
Ⅱ.Ebb&Flow Rolling Bench
Ebb&Flow Rolling Bench is a new type of mobile seedbed system. This seedbed uses the same posts and supports as metal structure cultivation beds, and the bed surface is made of molded impermeable plastic seedling trays. Ebb and flow rolling bench also has a nutrient solution recycling equipment system that delivers nutrient solution or fresh water to seedbed plants.
III. Metal Steel Fixed seedbed
Fixed seedbed is a combination of posts, cross bars, side frames and mesh. The fixed seedbed is a single-layer seedbed with angle steel as the bed frame and steel wire mesh laid on the bed surface. The seedbed support adopts hot-dip galvanized steel pipe, and the border adopts aluminum alloy or galvanized plate; the height can be fine-tuned, and the working channel of 40cm-80cm can be left between seedbeds. The fixed seedbed is equipped with anti-turning limit device, which is easy to install, low cost, strong and durable.
