1. Vertical shelf structure

  • Ultimate space utilization: By using multi-layer (typically 4-8 layers or even more) planting racks, the planting surfaces are vertically stacked to maximize the production capacity per unit area. This is the most fundamental difference from traditional flat planting.
  • Modular design: Planting racks usually adopt standardized modular design, which is convenient for installation, expansion and maintenance. The materials are mostly rust-proof metals (such as galvanized steel and aluminum profiles).

2. Core of NFT hydroponic Technology

  • Thin-layer nutrient solution circulation: Each layer is an independent NFT pipeline system. A millimeter-sized nutrient solution film continuously flows through the plant roots, ensuring a stable supply of water and nutrients.
